Who Knew?

Not long after we moved to Montenegro, the leaves on grapevines started to pop out.  Most people have vines in their yard in an arbor fashion over the driveway.  I also noticed that there was another vine growing that  had a different shaped leaf.  When I asked a friend, she said that they were kiwis!  They are everywhere here.

Reminds me of Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Grapevines over head everywhere. I love the new blog layout by the way!

Glad you liked the kiwi photos! We like kiwi, but there is not a lot you can do with it -- fruit salad and jam -- gotta google more recipes for it.
