Rhubarb Pie

Chris is a fan of anything rhubarb. A friend gave us some rhubarb last week and I tried my hand at making him a pie. He love it!!! I am so glad, because the rest of us thought it to be a little tart! Today I made jam and with 6 and 1/2 cups of sugar to 4 and 1/2 cups of rhubarb - it was not too tart, but very delicious.
