Chris's Last Evening In Ivanovo

I have to say, that I am married to the most amazing man in the entire world. On one of the most difficult days of his adult life, he was amazing. He called many people and said his good buys and we went by the university to say good bye to our friends there. Last night we sent out a note via face book and the Russian version of face book to our friends here to "drop by". We had many old friends and new friends that stopped by and many phone calls.

Our biggest suprise was from our dear friend Zhenya -- we met 5 years ago and he and Chris became very close friends. He moved to Moscow several years ago. Today, he took off work and made the 5+ hour trip to visit with us. Thankfully, he took the train back with Chris this evening to Moscow.

As usual, Zhenya entertained us with song and jokes.

Chris could not resist singing Christmas songs and praise songs with the students.
