Dacha Days

Yesterday was a beautiful fall day!
We went to our dacha and sort of prepared for winter -- cut the grass for the last time (maybe next to the last time), washed the car, finished cleaning and a minor remodel, and thinned out the rasberry bushes and restaked them.
The only things missing were Mel and Nancy!
We miss you guys and wish you were close enough to join us for the weekend.

The red vine is an ornamental grape vine -- it has grapes, but they are about the size of a seed. But it adds nice color to the barn.
