Lordy, Lordy, Look Who's 40!!

It was a wonderful day of relaxing, reading and eating!!! Three things that I really like to do!

This was a special birthday cake made by my two grown daughters - Sarah and Alys.
Red Velvet with chocolate/peanut butter icing. There were also exactly 40 peanut butter chips on the cake -- and I picked everone of them off and ate them.

Earlier in the day, our good friend Illya and his girlfriend, Zhenya, stopped by for tea and brought this beautiful boquet of flowers.

We had lunch at a new hotel in town and it was very good. We were only missing one person on our team - Tracy. She graciously went to Moscow to pick up a team of volunteers who's plane was two hours late and she got back at 4:30 this morning!
