Forms are only given out on Friday and Monday

If you ever need a form in Russia -- they can only give them out on Mondays and Fridays!!!

Chris is trying to save a lot of money and get a medical clearance here in Ivanovo for his Work Visa -- after several trips to the administration and waiting for several hours at different offices -- we have learned an important piece of information -- Forms are only given out on Mondays and Fridays!!!!! He was there on Friday, but since it was a holiday weekend, they closed EARLY and would not give him the form. The person said to come back on Tuesday -- apparently she FORGOT the Monday/Friday rule!!!!

Sometimes you just have to laugh at the "Run Around" that you get here. I am glad to know that things need not be done on my time table!
