"Taste of Thanksgiving"

So what is a "Taste of Thanksgiving" -- it's all of our leftovers!!!!! We had enough leftovers to feed 16 college students -- they even got a piece of pumpkin pie and pecan pie. It was hard to give away the pecan pie -- it is my favorite and Chris' too. They all got green beans, turkey, mashed potatoes, dressing, stuffing, gravy, potatoe salad, corn casserole, broccoli casserole with a little bit of cranberry sauce! It was a toss up as to which pie they liked the best. Afterwards, we went around the room telling what we were thankful for, then Chris picked up his guitar and started singing a Thanksgiving song. The students saw the song sheets that we had used with our friends on Thanksgiving Day, and started to sing along! It was wonderful to sing praise songs with a bunch of Russian students.
