Family

Yesterday we went to visit my Grandmother -- Mama Grace and my Aunt Dorothy. Mama Grace will be 95 in September and has Alzhimer's disease. She did not know who we were, but she knew we were family and really started smiling and chatting with us when I started taking pictures of her. I am thankful that we could make her happy and give her some hugs and kisses. When Aunt Dorothy asked her if she knew how old she was -- she said, "Not too old!" I sure hope and pray that I am as healthy and physicaly fit as my Mom and Aunt when I reach their age. (Mamma Grace, Mom - Martha and Aunt Dorothy -- pictured l to r.)
